Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Jose Carranquinna, 128 Arbutus Street, Requests a variance from Section 303.5(b) Yards, to permit a cement deck/porch structure 0.2 ft. from the westerly property line. (Zone R-3)[Continued from the August 9, 2012 meeting]
Diane Warner, 33 Dorothy Road, Requests a variance from Section 302.5(d) Yards, to permit a proposed deck on the rear of the house 32 ft. from the rear property line requiring a variance of 8 ft. (Zone R-2)
Israel Oliveros, 255 Park Avenue, Requests a variance from Section 404.1 Permitted Uses, to permit a House of Worship in a Business Zone. (Zone B-3)
Guillermo Rivera, 349 Park Avenue, Requests a variance from Section 404.1 Permitted Uses, to permit a House of Worship in a Business Zone. (Zone B-3)
